    Double barrel

I have always liked and used Mossberg model 500s but I am very partial to my coach gun also.
It’s a handful when you touch off both barrelsat the same time

    Re: Double barrel

I have a AYA Matador II that I bought years ago up at Walter Craigs (you may know that store). It used to be in Selma, now in Montgomery. Mine is a 12 ga IC/Mod. Its a beautiful gun.... but it beat me to death bird hunting. I quit using it years ago... and opted for the Rem 1100. Its an easy shooter.

    I'll look for a pic...

I really need to take some close up's from different sides....

Edit: I paid $210 for this back in 1977, it was used. They run a little more today.

That reminded me of a very old memory of shooting my grandfather's old double when I was a very small young kid to be firmly planted on the seat of my pants so fast I didn't know what happened!

I wish I had Grandpa's old couble just because but somehow it disappeared after his death from what I know. The best one's are either inherited or gifts :)
