Does NRA and Trump Agree on ERPOs?

Emergency Risk Protection Orders are the government's way of keeping your firearms out of reach if a friend or family member thinks you're nutty enough to recklessly harm yourself and/or others. But who decides that you've crossed the line? And how soon do you get your guns back if it's a false alarm? The NRA and Trump are trying to find a correct constitutional remedy to the issue even as the moonbat politicians allow their own brand of dangerous loonies to run rampant on lawful citizens.

If they let you keep your kitchen knives, hammers, and garden tools, then it's a bogus BS law.

Driving privileges - good analogy. That's the only other "government regulated" activity that some people have used to commit assault and murder. So what, if you need to drive to work? We need to defend our homes from burglars.
