    Don't Bogart A Revolver

YouTube is a great place to keep up with all the latest lingo. I just learned that flicking shut a revolver is to Bogart it. Also, "NG" is to render it "no good." I wonder if the citrus industry is warning breakfast eaters not to Cagney a grapefruit.

You talking about "Puff puff pass" etiquette?

Well, we both used to live in recreational legal states. I never took advantage, now it's not an option even if I wanted to.

I've heard that 1/2 of a chocolate chip cookie makes you sleep. And that all brands are not equal. There ought to be a law, must be something to do with a Bogart.

On a further note when doing maintenance on a revolver a chocolate chip could get lodged between the cylinder and the forcing cone. A fast Bogart could dislodge it.

              Pleasant dreams.

Popular gun lore says that slinging a revolver shut is "cowboying" it. But in western movies cowboys carry SAA Colt revolvers and "gunslingers" are those who stay alive with a fast draw, not a snappy closing of the loading gate. Maybe we shouldn't always be slamming liberals for ignorance about firearm nomenclature. We sometimes do a sloppy Bogart ourselves.
