    The POSP on Debt

Listen to what he says... he doesn't lie, you have to hear what he's saying.
BTW, I woke up this morning to him giving a speech and in it was him saying something about prosperity for the world. WTH? I'd like a little prosperity here in the U.S.
    http://www.realclearpolitics.com/vid...e_created.html

President Obama on controlling the debt: "Somehow people say, why are you doing that, I'm not sure that's good politics. I'm doing it because I said I was going to do it and I think it's the right thing to do. People should learn that lesson about me because next year when I start presenting some very difficult choices to the country, I hope some of these folks who are hollering about deficits and debt step-up because I'm calling their bluff. We'll see how much of that, how much of the political arguments that they're making right now are real and how much of it was just politics."

Darn frightening. Still, right now, we have some hope of at least impeding this lunatic come November. He gets worse by the day though.

        CLAG,

        Daily Presidential Tracking Poll
        Monday, June 28, 2010

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 28% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Thirty-seven percent (37%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -9. That’s the president’s best rating in nearly two months (see trends).

The number who Strongly Disapprove (37%) matches the lowest level recorded over the past eight months. The last time Strong Disapproval of the president was lower came on October 10, 2009. Strong Disapproval has been above 40% on all but a handful of days in 2010. As with any sudden change, it remains to be seen whether this improvement represents statistical noise or the beginning of a new trend.

Most voters (52%) continue to favor repeal of the recently passed health care law, but support for repeal is at the lowest level yet measured.

Check out our review of last week’s key polls to see “What They Told Us.”

The Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve. It is updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). Updates are also available on Twitter and Facebook.

Overall, 49% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. Fifty percent (50%) disapprove. The Rasmussen Reports Media Meter shows that media coverage of President Obama has been 45% positive over the past week. Since the passage of the health care law, coverage has ranged from a high of 60% positive to a low of 39% positive.

That's a h*** of a way to wake up RT! You should get one of them regular old alarm clocks that go Ding, Ding, Ding!! A guy needs to at least have a cup of coffee down before putting up with that POS!

Seriously, I can just imagine what his ideas will be next year. Knowing him, if choosing between "cut spending" & "raise taxes", which way do you think he'll go? We d*** sure better have a lot more folks in congress that are on America's side, than we do now!
