I have been looking for this for a long time.

I see Sig has one in 9mm about ready to ship- the P365. Striker fired, 10 rounds, 3.1" bbl, 5.8" loa, 4.3" hight, 18 oz.

I think this new Sig is going to be sweet!!! Small, good capacity with standard night sights. Could be a game changer.

Yep... the new Sig may be a big hit....it may be a little pricey though. I will look at it.
I tried the Bersa 9 UC... it is a fantastic shooter---- but I put it in the duty size category because of its width and weight. Just too big for the compact every day carry.
Everything just seems too big, too heavy, or too little.

I'll get there eventually...... if not, I fall back on my Bersa 380 Plus. Got 2 of them- 1 black, 1 white. Thats about as diverse as I'll get.

Edit: Heck....maybe Avidity will get their gun out there soon.

I'm still looking for that one.......

Me too. I thought the Bersa BP9cc might fill that bill, but I could not get it to function with Hollow Points to save my life (literally).

CZ makes a smaller pistol called the RAMI that intrigues me, but I have never handled one. It is small enough, but I don't know if it is thin like the BP9, or if I could hit well with it, but it is highly praised.

Closest thing I have to the perfect 9mm carry gun right now is my Bersa UC9.
I own a CZ Rami and love it. Not as thin or light as a BP9cc but an outstanding carry 9! Was a little tight when I first got and had to do a little break in (100 to 150 rounds) to loosen it to function flawlessly as of now. It is also an all steel version and not as snappy as you would think with some extra weight. And is a very accurate piece for its small size as well. Have to pinky mag extension that makes it more comfy. Phenomenal quality CZ just like my P07 and P09......worth every penny!

I like the little 9mm Short as well....have many guns chambered in it. Just wish it was as cheap to buy ammo for, as the 9mm Luger!

Think I'll pass. First and foremost, my favorites are my 380 Bersa Thunders, but after the Sutherland, TX shooting, I went back to carrying my 9UC. I'm just not into polymer frame guns, I bought one in 380 several years ago, kept it about 3-4 weeks with one range trip and traded it for a used BT380NKL. I'm still prone to think glockalike when I see one. even the BPCC series. With rare exception, I have yet to find any SA/DA that impresses me more than either my alloy BT380s or my 9UCs, and especially the 9UCs since I did the mod to a couple of the 9HC mags to give me a longer grip surface for handling the 9UC. I'm impressed with them that I'm going the expense of buying a Nelson shoulder holster rig for the 9UC for my participation with the Church Security Team and as soon as the budget recovers, I plan on ordering the holster portion for my BT380.

Regarding the PD10 -10 round capacity is definitely interesting, especially with a 4" barrel. I looked up the weight, width, etc. I EDC a Ruger SR9c, the PD10 is just a bit lighter, but the Ruger is a little skinnier. The Ruger has 10 and 17 round mag capacity options though, 3.5" barrel. For me, the PD10 looks like it could be a great option if I were looking, but my Ruger gives me everything the PD10 would, plus more.

I've been thinking about the Canik TP9's. I fondled one at a LGS but haven't fired any of them. Also debating trying out one of the Tristar CZ clones. I have an EAA Witness (Tanfoglio), I like it overall but it shoots a little low and right, and the sights are not adjustable, they're just milled into the slide. Am thinking about selling it and trying something else. Maybe something that has readily available aftermarket threaded barrels so I can put a can on it. And have it not be a Glock.

I've also thought about seeing if a gun smith could cut the slide on the Witness and put new sights on it. Overall, I really like the pistol - oh the many options. It's leading to paralysis by overanalysis!!

You might try calling Amerigun where I got my sights for my Makarov, they can do dang near anything. My Witness shot low and either right or left also and I found some adjustable sights which I installed myself but have not seen them in years. Try some searches and you might find them, wish I could remember the brand name of the sights.

Just know... The Avidity pistols are made out of unobtainium. They do exist, but are still in "Coming Soon" mode.
