Total 7,200 comes out with a 3 lb roast, 12 servings = 600 mg per serving.

OK, what are we going to call our competition circuit team?

I think somewhere on this forum I show smoked eggs. About ten years ago up in Georgia, I saw a competitor throw in raw eggs on the extra rack, I became a believer that day.

I tried the smoked egg thing several years ago too. I may have gotten the idea here, or BT. Smoked deviled eggs are awesome.

            Re: Mississippi Pot Roast

We had an EPIC supper tonight thanks to RC's culinary expertise! The only deviation from the recipe was that the Princess used a round sirloin roast instead of chuck. She found it on sale for $2.99/lb and decided to upgrade. Call it a Tennessee Pot Roast, if you will. to our downstairs southern cuzzins.

Glad you liked it pollyb, guess what we had tonight? I had another 2", 3lb chucky in the freezer, defrosted yesterday. I stayed on my protein shakes all day to make room for the MPR tonight. Again I trimmed the large fat off of the roast. Fell apart at 7 hrs. on low. Sam's has good Angus chuck at $4.29 lb. I'm going next week to stock up my beef and pork supplies.
