    Hurricane Food

Last night I took thin sliced top sirloin and marinated in apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, salt, Worcestershire sauce, a little hot pepper and some Mr. Yoshida's which is kind of like a teriyaki seasoning.

Overnight in the refrigerator, patted dry and coated with ground coriander.
Placed on five racks in my dehydrator and turned it on high.

I'll run on high for about 6 hours. At that time I should have some delicious tasting South African biltong.

With ice cold home made beer it will be a high protein winner.

If my high school South African language course serves me right, I remember biltong means "roadkill."
