Introducing Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)

Do you know what to do to keep yourself from dying if you ever get shot?
Do you know how to keep your loved ones alive if they get shot?
What if you’re in a public place and a terrorist bomb explodes and now there are tons of mass casualties missing limbs and gushing blood?
Unfortunately, a standard Red Cross First Aid or general CPR class will NOT help in situations like this.
You need to know tactical first aid that was developed specifically for battlefield injuries.

As with CPR I'll take care of myself and my family where I know I won't get sued.

There are laws to protect good samaritans. Good info to know. Another handy bit is the wife being trained as a surgical assistant even if she doesn't use it.

Mine's a bartender, so at least she can administer painkillers!

Tactical Combat Casualty Care is incorporated into some of our intermediate courses. A minimal or better trauma bag including tourniquets is in all of our family vehicles and homes. Tourniquets for all at Christmas one year, along with hands on training.
